Sometimes you only need to glance at a list of ingredients to take a good guess at how it's going to taste, and how well it will work. The words 'chicken, soup and cheese' wield exactly that kind of magic. Granted, it's cream cheese, but that's pretty much only ever a good thing.
Like all the greatest slow cooker recipes, this is a classic example of low maintenance/high reward cooking.

4 hours 15 minutes
1 8oz package cream cheese (softened)
1 cup greek yogurt
Italian seasoning:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 pounds chicken breast, boneless skinless, sliced into strips
In a 6-quart slow cooker, add in cream cheese and yogurt. Mix well until both are fully combined.
Add in Italian seasonings (from garlic powder to pepper) and stir.
Add in chicken, and mix well making sure each piece of chicken is coated.
Cook on high for 3 hours 30 minutes or on low for 6.
Open and mix well until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency. The sauce will separate during cooking but will easily come back together after mixing well and allowing to cool slightly.
Tip: You can buy Italian seasoning already made in a packet. Use 1 packet for this recipe to replace all the individual dry spices!
