The beauty of slow cooking is that it requires far less preparation than grilling, roasting, or frying. Simply stick your cut of meat into the slow cooker, top it with seasoning or your favorite sauce, set the temperature to low, and go about your day. When you arrive home from work or school, dinner is already made. 
These slow cooked pork chops are tender as can be, and bursting with flavor. They are great served over rice or with a side of potatoes.

Cook Time: 6 hours
Serves: 6
6 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon pepper
1. Place pork chops on bottom of 6-quart slow cooker. 
2. Whisk all other ingredients together in a medium-size bowl.
3. Pour mixture over the chops.
4. Cook on low for 6 hours.
