For this recipe you will need:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 pineapple juice
4 pounds of chicken wings
In a large bowl mix all of your ingredients (except the chicken). Make sure to stir the marinade well to prevent the sugar from settling on the bottom of the bowl.
After you have marinated your meat, place the wings on the bottom of your slow cooker and add 1 cup of the marinating juices on top of the chicken. You can dump the rest of the marinade. Cook the wings on high for about 5 hours.
